Bulgaria Mission Accomplished

Dear Friends

Attached is the latest news on the mission to Bulgaria. Suffice it to say that the mission was successful in that new relationships were formed, the love of God was expressed and a small need was met.

Thank you for your love and support during this time

God bless you abundantly

Forgiveness and Grace

Unforgiveness is a sin and if we do not repent it will lead to Hell.

Romans 12:12 Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.
Matthew 6: 14 & 15: For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.

The price that Jesus paid for us on the cross was for our forgiveness. We CANNOT afford NOT to forgive because our Father in heaven cannot forgive us if we do not forgive those who have offended us. We hold in bondage those that we refuse to forgive.

Before the creation of the world a binding contract was made by the Holy Trinity - Father, Son and Holy Spirit -:

Prayer for Lauren

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ

I am writing to you to request a time of corporate prayer for the healing of a young lady called Lauren. She suffers with extreme pain. She takes 4 different types of pain killers including morphine and a muscle relaxant that she self injects, but is still in more or less constant pain. She has had frequent emergency admissions to hospital for intravenous morphine because the pain is so extreme. Her parents have seen experienced ambulance crew with tears in their eyes because of her suffering.

Mission to Bulgaria

Dear Brothers and Sisters

Attached is a pdf document detailing the travel arrangements for John Margereson who will be leaving for Bulgaria on 21 March 2012. He is a skilled carpenter who will be taking his experience to help repair/restore damage to the Church building in Vidin. Valentin and Vanya Dutsov (pastors of Bethesda Church) will be his hosts as he embarks on a journey of faith to bring a blessing to the work that they are doing. They are faithful servants of the Lord and I believe that John is an answer to their prayers right now.

Revised programme for A Wake Up Call

Dear Friends

I hope that this email finds you in the very best of health and that you are as excited about the Wake Up Call as I am! God is so good and this is promising to be one of the best and most informative events that we have hosted. We are looking forward to hearing what God has to say about the state of our Nation and what we should be doing as Christians in order to be the answer to people’s prayer as the economy declines.

What will happen if I die?

A sobering thought - What will happen if I die?

As I was praising and worshipping God getting ready to receive the word from God for this week, I felt the Lord ask me two questions:

“If you had a heart attack in the night and died in your sleep, can you be sure that you will be spending eternity in Heaven? Is the life you are living worth Christ dying for?”

Wow, that was a very strong question which nearly stopped my heart pumping! I recently had a scare when I felt chest pains overnight and had to go to hospital to have it checked. My heart is fine, but my blood pressure was high (due to the excitement of our Revival Meetings with Ken Gott). Praise and Glory to God, all is well.

Revival Meetings with Ken Gott

An exciting and fruitful event was held on the weekend of 27, 28, 29 and 30 January 2012 and attended by a number of Christians around Cornwall. Ken explained that he usually spends time praying about the many invitations he receives from around the world, but when he saw my email, he felt instantly that God was giving him the green light to come to Cornwall. He immediately instructed his secretary to accept the invitation.

A word of encouragement for those who pray for REVIVAL

Ezekiel Chapter 14: Idolatry in individuals, leaders and the nation
This chapter clearly outlines a prophetic word that best describes the state of our Nation today. We, our leaders and this Nation answer to God for the way that we have drifted so far from His Will. It is NOW that we need revival! Many in this Nation have replaced their need for God with the idols of materialism and self-centredness.

You are what you speak

We all long for REVIVAL in our land and our heart's desire is to see a powerful move of God's Holy Spirit in Cornall. If this is your desire, then come and experience the power of God at Bodmin as Ken Gott ministers in Jesus' love and power (see attached poster). If you need refreshing, empowering or a prophetic word, then this is the place to be. Call 07595691622 (Book to avoid disappointment).

Out of the Overflow of the heart:

Freedom to Choose

Forgiveness equals Freedom:

I recently watched a very convicting video on YouTube of a pastor who died and was shown heaven and hell. This was the pastor who had been dead for three days when his wife felt prompted to take him to Reinhard Bonkke's meeting where God raised him from the dead. Prior to watching the video, I had been talking about forgiveness as being imperative to a healthy relationship with God. If we do not keep short accounts with God, i.e. regularly confess our sins and receive God’s forgiveness, we run the risk of becoming complacent and we gradually drift further and further away from God because the sin accumulates.

Revival with Ken Gott

Please find a poster for the REVIVAL event that we are hosting in Bodmin with Ken Gott as guest speaker for the weekend of 27 January 2012. Ken has experienced Revival in his church in Sunderland and we look forward to being encouraged in seeking God for Revival in Cornall.

Holy Spirit Conviction

When I talk to people about a personal relationship with God, I first discern (look and listen to see and hear) if the Holy Spirit is hovering over the person. If the Lord is present, then I talk with boldness and confidence. An example of this is a man I met some time ago who was going through some family problems. He did not know that I was a Christian, let alone a minister of the gospel, yet he started talking about God and how he used to go to Sunday school when he was young. He also talked about his grandmother who was a devout Christian. By this I knew that God was at work in this man. Unbeknown to me, he had prayed two weeks before we met. He cried out to God in desperation because he thought that all was lost in his life. Now I realise that I was to be instrumental in being the answer to that prayer.

Prime Minister's King James' Bible Speach

Dear Brothers and Sisters

Following is a speach by David Cameron commemorating the 400th anniversary of the King James Bible and published on Friday 16 December 2012. I hope that this inspires you to continue praying for our Country and especially for the leadership that God has raised up for us at this time. David needs your prayers, he is standing up for Christian values and will need your prayer support as the enemy raises up those who will oppose him and make life difficult. Pray for his salvation and also for Godly wisdom, guidance, strength, peace and everything else God lays on your heart. There is hope for our Nation. Let us be confident and bold, standing alongside our Prime Minister:

Prime Minister:

It’s great to be here and to have this opportunity to come together today to mark the end of this very special 400th anniversary year for the King James Bible.

“I” am in the middle of SIN. It is an inherently selfish nature that seeks to please itself rather than take care of others. It can lead to greed, gluttony, self-righteousness, envy, jealousy and at worst, pride. The example that Jesus set is one of complete surrender to God and to His Will. “Not my will, but Yours”, He said.

Prophecy for United Kingdom

I received the following email from a dear friend in Finland who is a close friend of Dr Clifford Denton. Dr Dentan also worked with Dr Clifford Hill on Prophecy Today many years ago. Please read prayerfully and continue to pray for our Nation. Revival is the ultimate goal.

God is good.

This e-mail contains a prophecy that was received in February 1989. Since then, it has been circulated as widely as possible. This was facilitated in part through the publishing of a book entitled Earthquake in the City, which was first published by Kingsway, and has gone through three print-runs.

Despite all this, many Christians have not had the opportunity to consider the prophecy and many Church leaders are not aware of it. The prophecy concerns a judgement to fall on Great Britain, beginning:

Bethel Newsletter Issue 2, October 2011

May I take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support of Bethel Ministries and especially for your prayers for our County. God is faithful and He hears all our prayers.

I hope that this email finds you in the favour or God and enjoying good health. May God keep you in perfect peace until Jesus returns.

The Journey

Genesis 1: 31 God saw all that he had made, and it was very good.

Revival has been and always will be my heart’s desire for Cornwall. It can begin with one person; a humble and contrite heart that seeks God for who He is and not for selfish ambition; a person who will stay in the presence of God and not give up. God desires that we live in the Glory of His Power and Presence all the time. That was the purpose of the Cross.

We always look forward to hearing from you, so please write to us at:
